The processing process of frozen jackfruit for export meets international standards
Processing is the most important step. After the raw materials are brought to the processing factory in An Giang, the jackfruit will be classified. As a result, it will meet different uses and requirements from customers. The processing process will be divided into the following stages:

Preliminary processing, peeling, separating segments, separating seeds: After being carefully classified, they will be preliminarily processed, separated and separated from seeds.
Water treatment: After being separated from the seeds, the jackfruit is washed with clean water to remove the jackfruit resin or dirt on the fruit.
Draining: Draining after water treatment will help mangoes avoid spoilage during transportation. In addition, jackfruit skin will retain its natural shine and color.
Cutting and packing: Depending on the customer's request, the jackfruit is cut in half, cut in yarn, whole, etc., then put into packing according to the appropriate specifications.
IQF freezing: In the final step, jackfruit after cutting and packing will be put into IQF quick freezing at -45 degrees Celsius. And appropriately refrigerated during transportation to the place of purchase.
